Your information is stored within our secure CRM Infinity Contacts. Your information is used only for the purposes that you have given consent for.

If you have simply filled out the contact form we will contact you to arrange a call
If you request access to our First Home Buyer’s Guide you will be added to our mailing list to receive the guide. We will also follow up with a call to offer our services.
If you give consent to receive monthly updates you will be added to our mailing list. We will also follow up with a call to offer our services.

Your Financial Information

If you choose to work with Spratt Mortgages we require your financial information about you to provide you with our broking services.

The information you provide will be held by us and our Credit Representative.
We may use credit information and any other information you provide to arrange or provide finance and other services. These include our Smart Select connection and comparison services.
